Area Maintenance Technician

Job overview

The Area Maintenance Technician role is onsite, based in Fife, WA, and travels among properties from Olympia to Seattle, with occasional travel outside that area. What you'll do

• Complete service requests, unit turns, and general maintenance
• troubleshoot and repair mechanical systems
• prepare vacant apartments to standards
• communicate with onsite office teams and update work-order systems
• inspect exteriors, parking lots, and common areas
• travel among properties
• respond to maintenance emergencies during and after scheduled hours.
