Recovery Aide — 40 Hours, 7 a.m.–3 p.m.

The Recovery Aide role is onsite in Wareham, MA, with a 40-hour schedule from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. Pay is $20 per hour. The aide supports patients and families in the behavioral health system by promoting recovery and wellness. The role serves as a liaison among staff, supports patient engagement, documents observations and activities, and works closely with the counseling team.

What you'll do

• Monitor high-risk patients, support group participation, and provide redirection
• conduct specialty groups and document attendance
• track program evaluations and report data
• communicate with patients
• document observations and activities in patient records and shift logs
• support the counseling team
• meet individually with patients when appropriate
• uphold organizational policies and boundaries.
