Senior Engineering Manager — RF Hardware

The Senior Engineering Manager — RF Hardware role is onsite in Austin, TX, with an initial team primarily in Austin and Westminster and a smaller presence in El Segundo. What you'll do

• Maintain technical integrity for board-level RF electronics
• establish RF hardware development processes and standards
• review architecture and designs and mentor engineers
• occasionally contribute directly to RF designs to address temporary gaps in high-risk or schedule-critical programs
• lead or support complex debug
• ensure designs are buildable and testable at scale
• coordinate engineering-to-manufacturing handoffs
• manage staffing, performance, development, and budgets.
