Civil Engineering Project Manager

The Civil Engineering Project Manager role is onsite in Panama City, FL, with a target salary range of $130,000–$150,000 per year. Amatriot and Dewberry are seeking support for the Panama City office’s municipal and land development engineering projects. The project manager leads projects from planning through design and execution, overseeing technical deliverables and coordinating teams and stakeholders. The role supports project quality, permitting, client relationships, and successful delivery of civil engineering work.

What you'll do

• Lead and mentor design teams
• manage development of engineering and construction documents
• coordinate internal teams and external stakeholders
• communicate requirements, schedules, and deliverables
• prepare and oversee calculations, reports, specifications, and documentation
• support site planning, permitting, code research, and approvals
• perform or oversee cost estimating
• support stormwater modeling and design
• support business development and client relationships
• attend and present at public meetings as required.

Why this role
