What you'll do

• Manage design coordination across multiple data center fit-out projects
• oversee consultants and equipment suppliers
• serve as the design point of contact for assigned projects
• coordinate internal subject matter experts and external stakeholders
• apply design guidelines and track deviations
• coordinate schedules, budgets, and forecasts
• review owner-furnished, contractor-installed equipment submittals
• participate in design reviews
• support consultant procurement and vendor selection
• prepare project reports and updates
• conduct construction site visits
• collaborate with cross-functional teams and contribute design improvements.
