Crew Lead

What you'll do

• Lead daily crew work and assign tasks
• conduct tailgate talks and job hazard analyses
• ensure traffic control, PPE, and safety procedures
• coach and train team members
• communicate with clients, inspectors, and the public
• oversee vegetation, drainage, fence, sign, concrete, and asphalt maintenance
• manage temporary traffic control
• conduct vehicle and equipment inspections and preventive maintenance
• complete work orders and records
• respond to after-hours emergencies during scheduled on-call rotations.
