The Relationship Manager owns the post-sale lifecycle for a defined account portfolio, from onboarding through renewal and expansion. What you'll do

• Own a defined book of accounts and post-sale lifecycle
• conduct account audits and assess product utilization
• identify adoption gaps and create maturity roadmaps
• lead onboarding and enablement, configure workflows, and train customers
• maintain customer engagement cadence and stakeholder coverage
• use the AI agent stack and maintain Salesforce and customer-success tool hygiene
• identify and close expansion opportunities
• proactively manage renewal health and risk
• partner with Forward Deployed Engineers on technical engagement.
