The Revenue Cycle Technician role is onsite in Muncie, IN, Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m.–4:00 p.m. Compensation is not specified. What you'll do

• Process and apply patient and third-party payments
• scan documents and resolve payment discrepancies
• handle card payments, credits, and account adjustments
• manage payer aging and submit claims
• verify demographics and insurance eligibility
• monitor payment agreements and coordinate collections
• provide financial counseling
• contact clients to schedule payments
• appeal denied claims and communicate with payers.
