The role helps sustain safe, high-quality learning environments through classroom support, safety checks, cleaning, snack preparation, and care for children across age groups.

What you'll do

• Support co-teaching classrooms with infants, toddlers, and preschoolers
• help maintain safe, high-quality learning environments
• follow emergency procedures and Vermont licensing regulations
• maintain play resources and classroom materials
• uphold expectations and confidentiality
• help with classroom tidying, cleaning, safety checks, and snack preparation
• work collaboratively with staff and families.
