What you'll do

• Assist with daily schedules for capital, maintenance, and operational projects
• coordinate work activities, appointments, and outages with internal departments, contractors, and customers
• maintain scheduling systems, work plans, and tracking tools
• support scheduling meetings and communicate changes
• monitor work and escalate conflicts, delays, or resource constraints
• track work orders and backlogs
• coordinate with field operations, construction, and engineering
• respond to customer and stakeholder inquiries
• follow company policies and safety requirements.
