What you'll do

• Provide direct patient care under RN or LPN supervision
• assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, and feeding
• monitor and record vital signs
• assist with mobility, turning, transfers, and ambulation
• maintain a clean and safe environment
• offer emotional support and companionship
• document care and report condition changes
• support individualized care planning.
