Receptionist / Service Ambassador

The position supports visitors and front-desk operations at Appomattox Health & Rehabilitation Center. The role helps visitors and callers reach the right people and supports facility administration by managing incoming calls, mail and deliveries, visitor access, appointment calendars, and routine clerical tasks.

What you'll do

• Greet, welcome, direct, and announce visitors
• answer, screen, and forward incoming calls
• receive and sort mail, deliveries, and couriers
• follow security procedures and control access using a logbook and visitor badges
• update appointment calendars and schedule meetings
• perform filing, photocopying, collating, and faxing.
