Program Management Capability Lead

The Program Management Capability Lead is an onsite, full-time role in California, MD. Compensation is $85,000–$120,000 per year. This internal KAIROS position supports the Program Management capability and its personnel, training, development, and growth. The role helps strengthen the capability’s tools, processes, skills, and strategic growth while supporting project execution. It contributes by assisting with proposals, staff development and recruitment, team issue resolution, and risk identification and mitigation.

What you'll do

• Support the Program Management Capability Manager with capability operations, acquisitions, and resource management
• identify gaps in tools, processes, and skills and support initiatives to address them
• assist with strategic growth, capture and proposal efforts, staff development, recruitment, and training
• provide feedback for performance evaluations
• help team members resolve task-related issues and conflicts
• monitor capability and technology developments
• support corporate initiatives
• identify risks and collaborate on mitigation
• maintain an active Secret Security Clearance.
