Production Cook

The Production Cook works onsite in Belfast, ME, in a full-time role of 30 or more hours per week. Pay is $17–$19 per hour, depending on experience. The Belfast Community Co-op’s mission is to provide locally sourced, reasonably priced, organic, and natural products while fostering a welcoming environment. The cook prepares, executes, and packages recipes from the daily production list, stocks and rotates products, monitors hot and cold holding temperatures, and participates in assigned cleaning. The role contributes to the Co-op kitchen’s production of seasonal heat-and-eat and ready-to-consume foods.

What you'll do

• Prepare ingredients and complete recipes according to the daily production list
