What you'll do

  • Diagnose and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, appliance, carpentry, emergency system, flooring, hardware, masonry, painting, water feature, and waste management issues
  • complete service requests safely and promptly
  • prepare vacant apartments for occupancy
  • respond to resident requests and follow through on resolutions
  • promote safe work practices
  • assist with prioritizing maintenance tasks. Driving a company vehicle, supervising others, and other duties may be required or assigned as described.
