What you'll do

• Coordinate scheduling and coding of admission and PPS assessments
• complete MDS and Care Area Assessments within required time frames
• consult interdisciplinary team members
• complete nursing sections and coordinate assigned sections
• maintain MDS schedules and tracking forms
• support resident care planning
• audit completed assessments.
