Simulator Technician III

What you'll do

• Perform routine tasks on devices following detailed instructions
• localize and replace defective electronic-circuit parts
• use block, wiring, and schematic diagrams to trace basic circuits
• document maintenance activities
• track repair status in the logistics management database
• update work orders and inventory records
• conduct voice communications on phone, inter-phone, and radio circuits
• provide networking and information-systems support on training devices and networks
• learn device requirements, standards, tools, and procedures
• implement basic simulator modifications
• assist with supply, inventory, discrepancy reports, and quality assurance
• travel as required.
