The Assistant Women's Basketball Coach role is onsite at Ohio Christian University’s Maxwell Center on its main campus in Circleville, OH. Compensation is a stipend. The role supports the university’s Christian mission and the athletic, academic, and spiritual growth of student-athletes. The assistant coach supports the head coach with practices, game preparation, player development, recruiting, and program administration. The role also contributes to game operations, team logistics, compliance, and community engagement.

What you'll do

• Assist with practices, drills, and game preparation
• review film and provide feedback
• mentor student-athletes academically and spiritually
• assist with strength and conditioning as directed
• support recruiting and maintain recruiting and compliance records
• help organize schedules and travel
• support game-day operations, camps, clinics, fundraising, and community outreach
• attend and participate in chapel services.
