What you'll do

• Gather information related to pressure ulcers and skin alterations
• coordinate and lead weekly wound team rounds and processes, including measurements, interdisciplinary care plan review, treatment recommendations, physician orders, and documentation
• collect, analyze, and provide pressure ulcer information to nursing staff and other healthcare practitioners.

Why this role

Requires current state licensure as an RN or LPN. Wound nurse certification and infection preventionist certification are preferred; one year of prior nursing management experience is preferred.
