The Senior Drawing Checker is an onsite role based at the Space Station Development Facility in Webster, TX, with compensation not specified. Axiom Space is a leading provider of human spaceflight services and developer of the Axiom Station. This role exists to lead the review and release of engineering drawings and MBD deliverables. The checker ensures accuracy, standards compliance, and configuration control across all documentation supporting Axiom programs.

What you'll do

• Review engineering drawings and MBD datasets
• validate dimensions, GD&T, and notes
• ensure metadata is properly linked
• identify and resolve discrepancies
• collaborate with designers and engineers
• mentor team members on drafting best practices
• maintain and improve drawing standards.

What we're looking for

Education

Technical degree or CAD certification preferred (required if under 15 years of experience).

Experience

10+ years creating and checking manufacturing-ready engineering drawings to ASME Y14 standards.
