What you'll do

• Partner with leadership to develop and execute marketing strategies
• research industry trends, demographics, and market opportunities
• design marketing materials using digital and creative tools
• plan, launch, and evaluate promotions
• coordinate and analyze member surveys
• respond to member inquiries about promotions and programs
• manage vendor relationships and production
• ensure regulatory and compliance requirements are met
• support and train staff on cross-selling and product communication.
