Restorative Nurse Aide

The Restorative Nurse Aide role is onsite in Mira Loma, CA, with compensation of $20–$23 per hour. The aide helps patients transition from skilled rehabilitation services into restorative programs and supports their progress through safe care, coordinated goal setting, accurate records, and instruction for other direct care staff on restorative techniques and equipment.

What you'll do

• Oversee, direct, and participate in restorative programs
• communicate with Nursing and Rehabilitation Departments about goals and patient needs
• participate in care planning
• provide safe restorative care
• facilitate transitions from skilled rehabilitation to restorative programs
• maintain progress documentation
• train and assist direct care staff with restorative techniques and devices
• notify Nursing or Rehabilitation of possible functional changes
• instruct staff in equipment use
• help communicate patient progress to patients and families.
