Senior Program Manager — Client Implementations

The Senior Program Manager — Client Implementations role is onsite in Minnetonka, MN, five days per week; candidates must reside in the Twin Cities area. Pay is $125,000–$160,000 per year. The role supports RAZR’s financial institution loyalty and rewards implementations. The program manager leads concurrent implementations from planning through launch, aligning schedules, resources, dependencies, risks, and stakeholders. The role coordinates channel partners and internal Operations, Product, Technology, Support, and other teams to deliver programs predictably and improve implementation processes at scale.

What you'll do

• Lead a portfolio of financial institution implementations from planning through launch
• maintain master plans, schedules, milestones, dependencies, resource needs, and launch dates
• coordinate readiness and implementation sequencing
• monitor risks and resolve or escalate issues
• align channel partners and internal teams
• manage implementation-related product and technical requirements
• maintain governance, reporting, and controls
• improve repeatable processes and scalability.

Why this role
