What you'll do

• Mow, edge, and trim grass

• remove trash and debris
• perform seasonal leaf, snow, ice, gutter, and pressure-washing tasks as needed
• monitor irrigation
• report pests, hazards, damage, lighting outages, and maintenance concerns
• support vendors and service-team tasks
• maintain tools and equipment safely.
