Senior Project Manager

Job overview

Compensation is $20–$25 per hour. The Senior Project Manager position is onsite in Dallas, TX, with up to 20% travel to job sites. The role supports Compu Dynamics’ mission-critical data center infrastructure projects. The senior project manager oversees multiple projects, leads teams and financial performance, and serves as a key contact for stakeholders. The role drives project delivery through planning, scheduling, procurement, risk and quality oversight, financial management, and team development.

What you'll do

• Oversee multiple projects and project teams
• lead vendor planning and customer relationships
• review proposals
• direct project communications and reporting
• oversee project setup, safety planning, schedules, RFIs, submittals, and closeout
• manage budgets, forecasts, procurement, and cost changes
• oversee quality, compliance, and risk mitigation
• manage permitting
• mentor project managers and team leaders.
