What you'll do

• Attend assigned fittings and help pin garments
• direct stitchers through fitting notes
• help manage the flow of notes and maintain consistent alterations standards
• create workflow documents and instructions
• help prepare shows and training materials
• cross-train on Costume Aide Supervisor duties
• help run the shop in the manager’s absence
• maintain inventory sheets and shop spaces
• sew or complete notes as time allows or during the off-season
• support costume archiving and rental preparation
• may attend shopping trips, staff interviews, or shows when asked.
