The role helps maintain aseptic technique, monitor sterile fields and equipment, and support safe, efficient operating-room turnover for complex cases.

What you'll do

• Set up and maintain sterile surgical suites and instrumentation
• assist with patient transport, positioning, skin preparation, and sterile draping
• pass instruments and handle specimens while anticipating surgeon needs
• monitor sterile fields, patients, and equipment
• troubleshoot equipment issues
• maintain aseptic technique and facilitate room turnovers.
