What you'll do

• Assist clients with prescribed medications, mobility, transfers, walking, and transportation to appointments or outings
• provide bathing, grooming, and hygiene assistance
• support physical therapy exercises as directed
• plan and prepare meals
• perform light housekeeping
• run errands
• provide companionship and emotional support
• monitor and report changes or unusual incidents
• respond to emergencies.
