What you'll do

• Manage leasing pipeline responsibilities for new developments, acquisitions, and stabilized properties
• monitor applicant flow, leasing velocity, and unit absorption
• implement corrective actions as needed
• coordinate implementation of an AI platform with leadership and site teams
• maintain leasing reports, dashboards, and metrics
• support applicant screening, eligibility verification, and waitlist management
• develop marketing plans and oversee property listings
• evaluate marketing performance
• ensure materials comply with Fair Housing and affordable housing requirements
• build community and referral relationships
• participate in outreach events
• collaborate with development, communications, compliance, and operations teams
• travel between properties in the Denver Metro Area.
