What you'll do

• Respond to referral-source and potential-client calls

• update referral sources
• follow up on authorizations and start-of-care dates
• prepare startup paperwork and clinical packets
• coordinate case openings and initial team teleconferences
• maintain referral and staffing logs
• obtain physician orders before services begin
• follow HIPAA and compliance practices.
