What you'll do

• Source and attract travel nurse candidates
• manage the recruiting lifecycle from sourcing through employment offers
• build and maintain a candidate bench
• develop relationships with nurses, hiring managers, HR partners, and healthcare decision-makers
• manage high-volume nurse contracts
• negotiate service and agreement terms
• develop recruiting strategies aligned with staffing needs
• support compliance with company policies and legal requirements as needed.
