What you'll do

• Obtain right of entry and survey permission
• negotiate and acquire property rights and temporary right-of-way areas
• document landowner communications
• respond to stakeholder inquiries
• submit executed documents for countersignature, payment, and recording
• serve as a legal witness when necessary
• research property records and interpret maps and right-of-way documents
• travel regularly.
