What you'll do

• Assist with personal hygiene, ambulation and transfers, dressing, meal and snack preparation, errands or medical appointments, and light housekeeping
• provide hospice supportive care, medication reminders, prescribed range-of-motion exercises, bed-bound patient care, and incontinence care as applicable
• use gait belts and Hoyer lifts as applicable.
