What you'll do

• Assist with unit turns and prepare vacant apartments
• perform basic plumbing, electrical, painting, drywall, carpentry, and general maintenance
• assist with basic HVAC maintenance and report major issues
• respond to resident maintenance requests
• maintain common areas, exteriors, sidewalks, parking areas, and grounds
• participate in the on-call rotation for emergency maintenance, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• follow safety procedures.
