AV/IT Program Manager

Digital Consultants supports IT customers in federal, civilian, and private sectors; this position oversees the MSCoE G6 AV/IT Support contract. The manager leads personnel and contract operations, oversees help desk and Tier 1 and Tier 2 service delivery, and maintains performance and operational readiness of AV/IT systems across supported facilities. The role also manages compliance, reporting, planning, quality assurance, and risk response.

What you'll do

• Serve as primary point of contact for the COR and MSCoE G6 leadership
• manage contract performance, staffing, scheduling, and resources
• oversee help desk and Tier 1 and Tier 2 service delivery
• ensure DoD, Army, MSCoE, and cybersecurity compliance
• approve and submit reports and contract deliverables
• plan lifecycle management and system upgrades
• lead quality assurance against QASP metrics
• coordinate event support staffing and readiness
• implement corrective actions and manage risks
• maintain documentation, SOPs, and performance records.
