What you'll do

• Assist with hygiene, meals, and light housekeeping while encouraging independence
• implement Individual Support Plan goals
• support healthy routines and development
• accompany clients to outings, appointments, or errands
• provide transportation in the employee’s vehicle
• promote social inclusion
• respond to medical or behavioral emergencies
• communicate with the administrative team and complete required documentation.
