The Home Health & Hospice Marketer / Community Liaison is an onsite role serving Katy, Houston, TX, and surrounding areas, with an $80,000 annual base salary plus performance-based bonuses. The liaison develops referral relationships and generates qualified home health referrals and admissions, with a primary focus on commercial-insurance home health. The role also promotes appropriate hospice referrals, grows territories, and coordinates with clinical and intake teams to support timely referral evaluation and admissions.

What you'll do

• Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare referral sources
• generate commercial-insurance home health referrals and admissions and appropriate hospice referrals
• establish new referral accounts
• grow designated territories
• conduct visits, presentations, educational sessions, and community outreach
• coordinate with clinical and intake teams
• track marketing activity and report results.
