What you'll do

• Provide customer service throughout the loan or pawn process
• educate consumers and make recommendations based on financial needs
• accept payments and manage appointments
• pursue referrals and participate in store and community events
• develop customer relationships
• conduct vehicle appraisals
• maintain customer information in the point-of-sale system
• follow company policies and applicable laws
• maintain security and perform opening and closing procedures, including vault, cash drawer, and deposits.
