Behavioral Health Coordinator

Job overview

The Behavioral Health Coordinator role is onsite in Greenfield, MA. Pay is $25–$30 per hour. What you'll do

• Triage provider in-basket messages according to protocols
• process refill requests and route clinical matters to providers
• coordinate referrals, scheduling, testing, and follow-up
• document communications in the electronic health record
• manage prior authorizations
• support department operations, reporting, quality improvement, and care coordination.
