What you'll do

• Rotate through administration, nursing, social services, business office, human resources, dietary, quality of life, plant operations, admissions and marketing, medical records, and housekeeping and laundry
• observe and participate in management duties
• develop regulatory knowledge
• support survey processes
• build relationships with regulators, residents, families, providers, and the community
• participate in problem-solving and process improvement
• partner with regional and home-office support.
