What you'll do

• Support call, email, online lead, and guest follow-up coverage
• assist agents with complex bookings, requests, concerns, and modifications
• coach and train agents
• follow the reservations sales process
• resolve guest and partner concerns
• maintain knowledge of resort accommodations, amenities, policies, and experiences
• monitor inquiry volume and workload
• ensure accurate reservation and guest records
• maintain departmental resources and procedures
• communicate trends and system concerns
• coordinate with resort departments
• support pre-arrival communication and reporting.
