Home Care Aide

Job overview

The Home Care Aide role is onsite in Dresher, PA, providing care in patients’ homes. Pay is $16 per hour. Breeze of Care provides one-on-one home care guided by individual care plans. The aide supports patients’ daily living and personal care needs while helping maintain a healthy home environment. By recording and reporting changes, engaging patients, and following care plans, the role contributes to attentive, individualized care.

What you'll do

• Assist patients with mobility and daily activities
• provide personal care, change linens, do laundry, and clean the home
• maintain care records and report observations to a supervisor
• converse with or read to patients
• give medications and immunizations
• and engage patients in exercises or other activities.
