What you'll do

• Train, mentor, schedule, and assign work to estimating staff

• review team estimates for accuracy and report progress to senior management
• build client, vendor, and subcontractor relationships
• review plans and specifications
• perform quantity take-offs for earthwork and utilities
• collect and review vendor and subcontractor pricing
• use historical project data to validate quantities
• meet with estimators to review scope, construction sequence, progress, and bid records.
