• Plan and implement developmentally appropriate curriculum
• comply with DCYF and Head Start Education Performance Standards
• maintain records of children’s emotional, physical, social, and intellectual development
• collaborate with staff and consultants
• conduct family conferences and home visits
• supervise and mentor classroom staff
• provide classroom coverage and instructional support across sites.
