HVAC Project Supervisor

Job overview

The HVAC Project Supervisor role is onsite in Chesterfield, MO. Pay is $40–$50 per hour. The supervisor supports QuesTec’s HVAC and mechanical contracting work, which includes service and mechanical installations.

• Provide field technical support alongside the Service Manager
• assist with project planning, coordination, and execution
• help manage timelines and customer expectations
• support project sales and identify additional opportunities
• communicate with customers, vendors, and internal teams
• promote quality workmanship and service delivery
• help ensure projects are completed efficiently.
