What you'll do

• Develop the modernization roadmap and implementation strategy
• assess current processes, systems, and readiness
• lead procurement strategy and documentation, including RFIs, RFPs, and SOWs
• evaluate vendor proposals and support negotiations
• coordinate stakeholders and executive decisions
• establish governance and reporting
• produce project artifacts, briefings, and recommendations
• prepare the program for implementation.
