What you'll do

• Manage financial activities for an assigned property portfolio
• prepare bank reconciliations and monthly financial statements
• monitor cash flow
• ensure GAAP and reporting compliance
• prepare financial reports, analyses, and schedules
• assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial controls
• analyze budget variances
• prepare ad hoc reports and cash-flow projections
• support property transitions, acquisitions, audits, and regulatory reporting
• improve accounting procedures and documentation
• collaborate with property management and leadership.
