What you'll do

• Develop and coordinate inclusive, developmentally appropriate camp programs
• recruit, train, supervise, and evaluate seasonal staff and volunteers
• manage schedules, registration, budgets, supplies, and records
• maintain safe and functional facilities
• implement safety standards and emergency procedures
• communicate with families, campers, volunteers, and community partners
• support outreach and community engagement.
