What you'll do

• Lead and develop Facility Services Managers
• manage revenue, profit, expenses, contractor margins, and workforce levels
• hire and train operational employees

• support cross-selling and new-client launches
• oversee documented building inspections and employee reviews
• conduct weekly field work with managers and provide backfill as needed. Travel within the market up to 50%.
