What you'll do

• Lead RFP/RFQ responses, including strategy, writing, editing, design, layout, and production
• develop proposals, qualifications packages, presentations, resumes, project sheets, case studies, and marketing collateral
• prepare client interview presentations
• work with technical teams on pursuit content
• create communications materials
• coordinate photography
• maintain marketing databases and proposal content
• ensure brand consistency
• support business development and industry/community involvement.
